You can request deletion of your Ditto List account and associated data in either of the two ways below. You do not need the app installed to make a request.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (instant)
Open Ditto List → tap the Mode icon (top right of Home)
Select Profile
Tap Delete Account at the bottom → confirm
Your account and profile are deleted immediately and you are signed out.
Option 2 — Request by email (no app needed)
Send a request from the email address of the social account (Google/Apple/Kakao) you signed up with. We will process it and reply within 7 days.

What is deleted, and retention
Deleted immediately: your account (sign-in), profile (name, birthday, profile photo), push tokens, and your participation and uploaded photos on wishes that have not been developed yet
May be retained: shared memories already developed in a circle (photos, wishes) may remain in that circle as other members' records. Records we must keep under applicable law are stored separately for the required period, then destroyed.
