디토 리스트(Ditto List, 이하 "서비스")를 운영하는 홍송화(개인사업자, 이하 "운영자")는 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수하며, 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하기 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보처리방침을 수립·공개합니다.
운영자는 서비스 제공을 위해 아래 최소한의 개인정보를 수집합니다.
가. 회원 가입·인증 (소셜 로그인 시 자동 수집) - Google / Apple / Kakao 계정으로부터 제공받는 항목: 고유 식별자(UID), 이메일 주소, 이름 또는 닉네임, 프로필 이미지(제공자가 제공하고 이용자가 동의한 경우에 한함) - Apple 로그인 시 이용자가 "이메일 가리기"를 선택하면 실제 이메일 대신 Apple의 비공개 이메일 릴레이 주소가 제공됩니다.
나. 프로필 정보 (이용자 직접 입력) - 이름(표시명), 생년월일, 프로필 사진(직접 업로드하는 경우)
다. 서비스 이용 과정에서 생성·입력되는 정보 - 서클(그룹) 정보: 서클 이름·유형, 구성원 관계, 초대 코드 - 콘텐츠: 이용자가 작성한 위시(디토) 내용, 참여자 지정, 업로드한 추억 사진
라. 자동 수집 정보 - 푸시 알림 수신을 위한 기기 푸시 토큰(FCM 토큰), 앱 설정값(언어·날짜 형식·알림 수신 여부), 서비스 이용 과정에서 생성되는 접속·이용 기록
수집 방법: 소셜 로그인 인증 과정, 이용자의 직접 입력, 서비스 이용 중 자동 생성.
운영자는 수집한 개인정보를 다음 목적으로만 이용하며, 목적이 변경될 경우 사전 동의를 받습니다. - 회원 식별 및 인증, 서비스 제공 및 운영(서클·디토·추억 현상 기능) - 푸시 알림 발송(이용자가 알림을 켠 경우에 한함) - 문의 응대 및 분쟁 처리, 서비스 개선 - 관련 법령상 의무 이행
운영자는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 운영자는 이용자의 개인정보를 판매하지 않으며, 맞춤형(타깃) 광고 목적으로 이용하지 않습니다. 또한 서비스는 광고 식별자 등 이용자를 추적하기 위한 기술을 사용하지 않습니다.
운영자는 안정적인 서비스 제공을 위해 아래와 같이 개인정보 처리를 위탁하며, 일부 정보는 국외에 저장·처리됩니다.

이용자는 개인정보의 국외 이전을 거부할 수 있으나, 이 경우 서비스의 전부 또는 일부 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.
이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보에 대해 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요구하거나 동의를 철회할 수 있습니다. - 앱 내 [프로필] 화면에서 이름·생년월일·프로필 사진을 수정하고, [계정 삭제]로 회원 탈퇴 및 개인정보 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. - 그 밖의 권리 행사는 아래 개인정보 보호책임자에게 이메일로 요청할 수 있으며, 운영자는 지체 없이 조치합니다.
서비스는 만 14세 이상만 이용할 수 있습니다. 운영자는 회원 가입 시 생년월일을 확인하여 만 14세 미만의 가입을 제한하며, 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
보유 기간 경과 또는 처리 목적 달성, 회원 탈퇴 시 해당 개인정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다. 전자적 파일은 복구·재생이 불가능한 방법으로 삭제합니다.
운영자는 개인정보 보호를 위해 접근 권한 관리, 전송 구간 암호화(HTTPS), 접근 통제 규칙 적용 등 합리적인 기술적·관리적 보호조치를 시행합니다.
이용자는 서비스 이용 중 발생한 개인정보 관련 문의·불만·피해구제를 위 연락처로 요청할 수 있습니다.
개인정보 침해에 대한 신고·상담은 아래 기관에 문의할 수 있습니다. - 개인정보분쟁조정위원회 (privacy.go.kr / 1833-6972) - 개인정보침해신고센터 (privacy.kisa.or.kr / 118) - 대검찰청 사이버수사과 (spo.go.kr / 1301), 경찰청 사이버수사국 (ecrm.police.go.kr / 182)
이 개인정보처리방침은 법령·서비스 변경에 따라 개정될 수 있으며, 개정 시 앱 내 공지 또는 본 페이지를 통해 사전 고지합니다.

Ditto List ("the Service") is operated by Songhwa Hong, a sole proprietor ("the Operator"). The Operator complies with the Republic of Korea's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and related laws and publishes this Privacy Policy to protect users' personal information. The Korean version is the authoritative text; this English version is a reference translation.
a. Account & authentication (collected automatically via social login) — from your Google / Apple / Kakao account: a unique identifier (UID), email address, name or nickname, and profile image (only where provided by the provider and consented to by you). If you choose "Hide My Email" with Apple, an Apple private relay address is provided instead of your real email.
b. Profile information (entered by you) — display name, date of birth, profile photo (if you upload one).
c. Information created through use — circle (group) name and type, membership relationships, invite codes; content you create (ditto/wish text, chosen participants, uploaded memory photos).
d. Automatically collected — device push token (FCM) for notifications, app settings (language, date format, notification on/off), and access/usage logs generated during use.
Member identification and authentication; providing and operating the Service (circles, dittos, memory development); sending push notifications (only if you enable them); responding to inquiries and resolving disputes; improving the Service; and complying with legal obligations. We use your data only for these purposes.
We retain your personal information until you delete your account, after which it is destroyed without delay. Access/usage logs are kept for up to one year for security and abuse prevention, then destroyed. We retain data longer only where required by law.
We do not provide your personal information to third parties. We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for targeted advertising. We also do not use advertising identifiers or other technologies to track you.
To operate the Service, we entrust processing as below; some data is stored/processed overseas.

You may refuse the overseas transfer, but some or all of the Service may then be unavailable.
You may at any time access, correct, delete, or suspend processing of your personal information, or withdraw consent. In the app you can edit your name, date of birth, and photo on the [Profile] screen, and use [Delete Account] to withdraw and delete your data. For other requests, contact the officer below by email; we will act without delay.
The Service is available only to users aged 14 or older. We verify date of birth at sign-up to block users under 14 and do not collect personal information from children under 14.
Personal information is destroyed without delay once the retention period ends, the purpose is achieved, or you delete your account. Electronic files are deleted irrecoverably.
We apply reasonable technical and administrative safeguards, including access-privilege management, encryption in transit (HTTPS), and access-control rules.
For reports or counseling on privacy infringement, you may contact Korea's Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee (privacy.go.kr / 1833-6972) or the Privacy Infringement Report Center (privacy.kisa.or.kr / 118).
This Policy may be amended following changes in law or the Service; we will give prior notice via in-app notice or this page.

Ditto List（以下「本サービス」）は、個人事業主 洪松花（以下「運営者」）が運営します。運営者は韓国の個人情報保護法（PIPA）等の関連法令を遵守し、利用者の個人情報を保護するため本ポリシーを定め公開します。正本は韓国語版であり、本日本語版は参考訳です。
a. 会員登録・認証（ソーシャルログイン時に自動収集） — Google / Apple / Kakao アカウントから提供される識別子（UID）、メールアドレス、氏名またはニックネーム、プロフィール画像（提供者が提供し利用者が同意した場合に限る）。Appleログインで「メールを非公開」を選ぶと、実際のメールの代わりにAppleの非公開リレーアドレスが提供されます。
b. プロフィール情報（利用者が入力） — 表示名、生年月日、プロフィール写真（アップロードした場合）。
c. 利用の過程で生成・入力される情報 — サークル（グループ）名・種別、構成員の関係、招待コード、利用者が作成したウィッシュ（ditto）内容・参加者・アップロードした思い出写真。
d. 自動収集情報 — プッシュ通知用のデバイストークン（FCM）、アプリ設定（言語・日付形式・通知の可否）、利用中に生成される接続・利用記録。
会員の識別・認証、サービスの提供・運営（サークル・ディット・思い出現像機能）、プッシュ通知の送信（通知をオンにした場合のみ）、問い合わせ対応・紛争処理、サービス改善、法令上の義務の履行。上記目的以外には利用しません。
原則として退会時まで保有し、退会時に遅滞なく破棄します。利用過程で生成される接続・利用記録（ログ）は、セキュリティおよび不正利用防止のため最大1年間保管した後に破棄します。ただし法令が保存を求める場合は当該期間保管します。
運営者は利用者の個人情報を第三者に提供しません。個人情報を販売せず、ターゲティング広告にも利用しません。また、広告識別子など利用者を追跡する技術を使用しません。
安定的な提供のため、以下のとおり処理を委託し、一部の情報は国外で保存・処理されます。

利用者は国外移転を拒否できますが、その場合サービスの全部または一部が利用できないことがあります。
利用者はいつでも自己の個人情報の閲覧・訂正・削除・処理停止を求め、同意を撤回できます。アプリの［プロフィール］画面で氏名・生年月日・写真を修正でき、［アカウント削除］で退会・削除を請求できます。その他の請求は下記責任者へメールでご連絡ください。遅滞なく対応します。
本サービスは満14歳以上のみ利用できます。登録時に生年月日を確認して14歳未満の登録を制限し、14歳未満の児童の個人情報は収集しません。
保有期間の経過・目的達成・退会時に遅滞なく破棄します。電子ファイルは復元不可能な方法で削除します。
アクセス権限管理、通信区間の暗号化（HTTPS）、アクセス制御ルールの適用等、合理的な技術的・管理的保護措置を講じます。
個人情報侵害の申告・相談は、韓国個人情報紛争調停委員会（privacy.go.kr / 1833-6972）または個人情報侵害申告センター（privacy.kisa.or.kr / 118）へ。
本ポリシーは法令・サービスの変更により改定されることがあり、改定時はアプリ内告知または本ページで事前に告知します。
